Visit local vineyard and wine cellar. The art of wine tasting under the guidance of a cellar master. Lunch in B?ziers followed by a visit of this historic town.
Day 3
Cistercian Abbey, seafood lunch, Pezenas
Visit to Abbaye de Valmagne, near M?ze, followed by a tasting of their wines and tour of the wine cellar. A seafood lunch in the port of Marseillan or M?ze, both situated on the sealake ?Bassin de Thau?. Afternoon tour of medieval P?zenas.
Day 4
The art of creating wine
A lesson in the art of wine making and your chance to take part in the wine harvest or with bottling or pruning. These activities are subject to change depending on the dates of the harvest. Picnic lunch.
Day 5
Daumas Gassac?renowned languedoc vineyard
Visit to Daumas Gassac near Aniane. The most renowned vineyard in the Languedoc. Tasting followed by lunch at the Ferme Auberge ?Le Pelican? at Gignac. Evening meal at Bourgade.

Montpellier Tourist Day
A day ?free? for you to explore or to simply relax! A visit to Montpellier is a recommendation.
